GeoZG (Geodatenzugangsgesetz) has been changed again by German ‚Bundestag‘
  • The so-called GeoZG (2009) has been changed again by German 'Bundestag' at 28.06.2012 in order to allow further decisions to provide FEDERAL geodata not only for private, but also for commercial ( ! ) FREE-OF-CHARGE re-use...
  • But, it will be of interest if and when the federal decision will be confirmed and applied at regional (state) and local (communal) levels too... /fh.
Bei Enthaltung von SPD und GRÜNEN und gegen die Stimmen der Linksfraktion hat der Bundestag am 28. Juni den Gesetzentwurf der Bundesregierung zur Änderung des Geodatenzugangsgesetzes (17/9686) auf Empfehlung des Ausschusses für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit (17/10080) geändert. Damit wurde ein Rechtsgrundlage geschaffen, um die Nutzungsbedingungen fr die Bereitstellung von Geodaten und Geodatendiensten kostenlos nutzen zu können…
